Aquisition services
Property acquisition requires an understanding of a client’s occupational or investment requirements combined with a thorough knowledge of the commercial property market. On instruction we will:
- Collate information on available properties
- Provide an availability report
- Arrange and accompany viewings for selected properties
- Negotiate lease/purchase terms on your behalf
- Follow the matter through to completion
Our fees for acquisition are calculated as a percentage of the purchase price/rent agreed subject to a minimum fee of £1,500 (plus VAT).
Asset disposal
Property disposal requires thorough knowledge of the commercial property market as well as expertise in a wide range of legal matters which affect commercial property transactions. On instruction we will:
- Provide a market appraisal
- Prepare marketing material
- Design and manage an advertising campaign
- Conduct and/or attend viewings
- Handle negotiations
Our fees for disposal are calculated as a percentage of the agreed sale price/rent achieved subject to a minimum fee of £1,500 (plus VAT). All offers will be subject to qualification before being submitted.
